Solutions Architect Designs how new systems fit into the partner company's existing stack before a line of code is written.

Software Engineer Builds and maintains services on the partner company's codebase, inside its sprint cycle.

SQA Engineer Writes test plans, automates regression, and holds every release to the partner company's quality gates.

UI/UX Designer Researches, designs and prototypes flows, then stays with engineering until they ship.

Mobile App Developer Builds Android and iOS features for apps people open every day.

AI Engineer Takes models, retrieval and evaluation into production, using what IM's Core team learned building its own products.

Product Manager Owns a backlog with the partner company's business team, writes the specs and keeps delivery on schedule.

Annotator Labels and reviews the data that models are trained and tested on, to written quality guidelines.

Customer Service Handles customer queries and escalations, and brings recurring issues back to the product teams.
