30-minute conversation to align on expectations, background, and the role.

Assessment Round

Technical Interview

One to two sessions with the team to assess skills relevant to the role.

Leadership Interview

45 min

Final conversation with a senior leader to discuss vision, culture fit, and mutual expectations.
