We combine strategy, design, and engineering to deliver scalable digital experiences across industries.We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer (Android) who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable native applications and delivering seamless user experiences. In this role, you will design and develop native Android applications, translate designs into pixel-perfect UI, and take ownership of features from build through to Play Store release.

Key Responsibilities

01Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin

02Translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI following Material Design guidelines

03Implement architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVI for scalable, maintainable code

04Integrate RESTful APIs and manage network calls (Retrofit, OkHttp, or similar)

05Manage local data persistence (Room, SQLite, or similar)

06Ensure smooth navigation, lifecycle management, and app performance optimization

07Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams

08Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment workflows

09Publish and maintain apps on the Play Store, including handling app signing and release management

Required Skills & Experience

—Strong experience with Kotlin and native Android development

—Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Android Architecture Components

—Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Coroutines/Flow)

—Hands-on experience with architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI) and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)

—Understanding of design patterns for scalable, testable apps

—Experience with the Play Store release process, including app signing and versioning

Preferred Skills

—Experience with Jetpack Compose

—Knowledge of local database management (Room) and data persistence strategies

—Experience with unit and UI testing (JUnit, Espresso)

—Strong focus on pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation

—Familiarity with performance profiling and memory/battery optimization

Nice-to-Have Skills

—Familiarity with Figma design implementation

—Exposure to Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications)

—Experience collaborating with a Flutter or cross-platform team on shared backend/API integration

—Familiarity with modularized app architecture
