Key Responsibilities

01Lead QA testing efforts across software projects and design scalable QA automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

02Design, write, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for web portals and mobile applications

03Perform manual and automated testing for portal, mobile app, and API features

04Identify, document, and track defects, regressions, and edge cases with clear reproduction steps

05Develop and maintain automated test scripts for portal and mobile workflows

06Validate data accuracy and integrity across APIs, portals, and databases

07Conduct integration, regression, and performance/load testing

08Integrate automated test execution with CI/CD pipelines

09Collaborate with developers, product, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC

10Analyze test results, report quality risks, and ensure adequate test coverage

11Contribute to improving QA processes and automation practices

Required Skills & Experience

—6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably in fintech or similar domains

—Ability to work independently and lead QA initiatives

—Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts

—Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or Appium

—Experience writing automation scripts using Python and Pytest

—Knowledge of SQL for data validation

—Experience with regression, integration, and basic performance testing

—Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and bug tracking tools
